The problem
A professional services firm was generating client reports manually every month — pulling data from three tools, writing commentary, formatting in Word, and sending for approval. Each report took four to five hours per client.

The data sources were consistent. The commentary followed a pattern. The bottleneck was assembly: nobody had connected the tools, and the formatting step was pure repetition.
What we built
An automated reporting agent that pulls the data, generates structured commentary using context from the client relationship, assembles the report, and sends a formatted draft for partner review.
Result: report generation went from 4–5 hours to 20 minutes of partner review and send. The firm took on 40% more clients without adding headcount.
